Delivery
All orders placed before 5.30pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched & delivered within 1-2 working days or as stated on the website. Please note we do not deliver on weekends or Public Holidays. Any order placed outside business hours or after 5.30pm will be delivered the following working day. For example, an order placed at 7.30pm Monday evening will not be dispatched until Tuesday and out for delivery either Wednesday or Thursday. Another example, an order placed on Saturday at 3.00pm will not be dispatched until Monday and out for delivery Tuesday or Wednesday.
Please note that we have many different stock lines and we have marked each one with a delivery note clearing stating the required delivery time. Please see below for explanation:

All items are delivered by Nightline or DPD courier's and will need to be signed for. If possible please arrange for somebody to be at the address for the day or alternatively please provide a work/ business address that has someone present. In all cases please provide a mobile number so that you may receive a text message as to the estimated time of parcel arrival.
Any deliveries that are not accepted by end user and get returned to us will incur a delivery charge, per parcel returned.
Shortages: On receipt of your order, prior to signing for your goods, please carefully check that your delivery docket matches your invoice.
If they do not match please note this on the couriers paperwork.
All shortages must be reported to us within 24 hours. Claims for shortages must be supported by the carrier’s proof of delivery note on which the goods have been signed for as short.
No responsibility can be accepted afterwards for short delivery if there is a discrepancy.
