Thermal till rolls 57mm width x 70mm Diameter used in Cash Register tills and receipt printers on modern Epos till systems. These rolls are made from a Thermal paper which have a shinny smooth texture paper finish compared with the one ply plain paper rolls which would require a ribbon, thermal paper rolls do not require a ribbon to print onto them. The Thermal paper roll has an BPA Free substance included at manufacture so that a heated Printhead from a thermal Printer will simply heat the required text to be printed and no ink ribbon is required.

Our paper is sourced from sustainably managed forests and manufactured by companies who are part of the FSC Global Forest Management. We pride ourselves on sourcing reputable suppliers, our Thermal paper is designed to last for 7 years, industry standard is 5 years from date of Printed receipt. A common misconception is that using paper is bad for our Planet but this is not true about FSC Managed forests as they plant more tree's as demand grows in its place. Its simply better business.
How to measure your Till Roll Size and know which one suits:
The first measurement is the Width so 57mm for the roll above, this is the most important factor as it will determine if the roll fits into the printer tray on your Cash till or receipt printer. The second measurement is 70mm again on this example is the Diameter of the Roll. Stand the Roll on its base and measure across the full circle or Diameter of the roll to include the hole in the center known as the core. This measurement will allow the printer hood to close if it has the right size chosen.
